For three generations our family is checking that the more we care for the earth, best wine got. Therefore, we practice certified organic viticulture since the late nineties, 'to introduce biodiversity in the vineyard, we create groundcovers, hedges and green corridors. To mitigate the effects of climate change we are investing in renewable energies in the winery and in the use of biomass in the vineyard. In 2009 we were the first Spanish winery in calculating our carbon footprint, making a commitment to reduce annually. All this allows us to produce wines that smell and taste like what they smell and taste: the reflection of the earth and the variety of grape wine. The fermentation of this wine was made only with indigenous yeasts reached the cellar attached to the skin of the grape. Without using commercial yeasts. Therefore the care of our vineyard is so important: it is going permitr us to care for and preserve our native yeast DNA responsible for our wines through fermentation (color, aroma and flavor). This allows us to produce wines of warm fruity, full-bodied character and aromas reminiscent of the countryside.
